Terms of Service

RealtorDock is operated by Gustav Intelligence, Inc. ("RealtorDock" or "we"), and these Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a brokerage or company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization and accept these Terms for it as well as for yourself.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. Access to certain workflows may require that you hold an active real estate license or brokerage affiliation in your jurisdiction.

When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current information and promptly update it when it changes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@realtordock.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of RealtorDock complies with MLS rules, Fair Housing regulations, data privacy laws, and any brokerage policies that apply to you.

RealtorDock plans (Solo $49/mo, Pro $99/mo, Brokerage $249/mo) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis according to the option you select. Taxes may apply based on your location.

If you upgrade or add seats mid-cycle, prorated charges will apply. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins.

You authorize us and our payment partners (Stripe, banking providers, etc.) to store your payment method and charge it automatically until you cancel. Cancelation stops future renewals but does not trigger refunds for past periods.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Reverse engineering, probing, or breaching the security of the platform or any related infrastructure.
• Uploading malicious code or using the Service to transmit spam, phishing content, or unlawful communications.
• Using AI outputs to discriminate against protected classes, violate Fair Housing laws, or misrepresent listings.
• Sharing login credentials outside your organization or exceeding seat counts without authorization.
• Interfering with other users’ access or attempting to scrape data at a rate that degrades performance.

You retain ownership of the data, documents, recordings, and content you import into RealtorDock. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and analyze that data solely to provide and improve the Service.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your clients or leads before storing their information in RealtorDock.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your data. While no platform can guarantee absolute security, we will promptly notify you of any data breach that legally requires notice.

You agree to keep non-public information about our roadmap, pricing experiments, and private betas confidential unless we make that information public.

The Service integrates with third-party products such as Stripe, Twilio, DocuSeal, Google, and MLS vendors. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or changes introduced by third-party providers, but we will provide commercially reasonable support when integrations impact your workflow.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Beta or early-access features may be labeled "Labs" and could change or cease functioning at any time.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REALTOR DOCK AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or (b) $500.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RealtorDock and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or create security or legal risk for the platform or other users. We will attempt to provide reasonable notice unless immediate action is required.

You may export your data prior to termination. We retain backups for 30 days unless legally required to preserve them longer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of the page and, if the changes are material, provide reasonable notice via email or in-product alerts.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
