Privacy Policy

Effective date: February 19, 2026

1. Overview

RealtorDock is operated by Gustav Intelligence, Inc. ("RealtorDock", "we", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our marketing site, join the waitlist, or use the RealtorDock platform (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Data We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

  • Account data: name, email, phone number, brokerage, license information, and profile photo when you sign up.
  • Content data: contacts, deals, notes, documents, call recordings, task lists, and other business information you upload or connect.
  • Communications data: messages, call logs, transcripts, voicemail, and email content processed through the platform.
  • Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, usage metrics, and diagnostic logs gathered through cookies and analytics tools.
  • Third-party data: information we receive from integrations such as Google, Stripe, MLS feeds, DocuSeal, or marketing partners when you connect them to RealtorDock.

3. How We Use Information

We process personal information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including AI-driven features like call transcription, lead routing, and automation workflows.
  • Personalize onboarding, configure settings, and deliver support responses.
  • Send transactional communications (account notices, billing updates, security alerts) and marketing updates you opt into.
  • Protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from regulators or law enforcement.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

For users in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we rely on these legal bases:

  • Contract performance — to provide the Services you request.
  • Legitimate interests — to secure our platform, understand usage, and improve features.
  • Consent — for sending marketing emails or connecting optional integrations; you may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation — to meet regulatory requirements or comply with lawful requests.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service providers that help us operate the platform (cloud hosting, telephony, analytics, payment processing). They may only use your data on our instructions.
  • Integration partners when you authorize a connection (e.g., Google, DocuSeal, MLS data sources).
  • Professional advisors, auditors, or insurers if needed for compliance or risk management.
  • Government authorities or law enforcement when required by applicable law or to protect our rights.
  • Another company during a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy and applicable law.

6. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Contacts, deals, and documents you store remain until you delete them or request removal. Backups are typically purged within 30 days unless required for litigation holds.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, role-based access controls, network segmentation, and regular security reviews to protect your data. Despite our efforts, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Transfers

RealtorDock is headquartered in the United States and uses service providers in multiple countries. When we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms as required.

9. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain uses of your information. You can manage most data from your account settings or by emailing hello@realtordock.com.

California residents may request details about data disclosed for business purposes. EU/UK residents may lodge complaints with their data protection authority.

10. Marketing Preferences

You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by contacting us. We may still send transactional or security notices even if you opt out of marketing.

11. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it promptly.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, when appropriate, notify you via email or in-product messaging. Your continued use of the Services after the update constitutes acceptance of the changes.
